In the area I live (Central Florida) it seems like perms are making a huge comeback. Alot of my friends have gotten great perms. Also, whenever I go to a restaurant or a store there are alot of women with permed hair. The strange thing is is that these perms look fantastic, not like the frizzy perms of the 80's. I am seriously thinking about getting a perm myself in the next two weeks. I have heard that there are perms nowadays that don't really damage your hair (ISO perms). Are there any fashion savy people out there that know the latest hair styles? Replies:
