Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 6:06am hi everyone. i have very thick, soft, highlighted blonde hair. it is naturally curly, and i usually wear it curly, but i have had it cut in a short choppy bob for awhile now,which i blowdry-(on low, with heat safe products) but i want to grow it out. my hair is still in quiet good condition, but the top layers are slightly fragile and could use some strengthening. does anyone know of a product/s that strength yet moisturize? any info would be appreciated. thanks!
