Help!!!! My hair is too platinum from coloring & bleaching- this looks horrible with my light complexion. I normally have medium brown hair, with very light porcelain skin. I would like to be medium blonde. Every color "grabs" in streaks throughout my hair due to overprocessing. However, I use protein & moisturizing treatments 2 times a week, (which keeps it from falling out.) What are the best blonde tones for my light complexion? Are beige and cream tones best?I have been using Redken Shades EQ Shampoo in Irish Cream to tone down the bright look and am thinking about using the semi-permanent color in Irish Cream also, however, I may need to wait until the color will not "grab" as much. It looks as if I have a creamy blonde color (from the shampoo) with a hint of light marroon hightlights. HELP!!!!!!! I need advisement - no professional has been able to give me advice so far!
