Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 6:07am I have very long (mid back length) hair in excellent condition and I want to keep it that way! I have approximatly 10% grey in my very dark brown hair and want to eliminate it. I have been happily using Clairol Loving Care in dark brown for five years but since they have changed the formula, it leaves my hair lank and greasy. I have never gone for a permanant colour for fear of compromising condition and want to put myself in the hands of a reliable colourist. Does anyone know someone good who can advise me and colour my hair in the Brighton, East Sussex area of England. I do not mind travelling if necessary as long as it is a reasonable distance (ie not more than twenty miles). I want natural, believable colour with a good shine and condition. I am willing to consider vegetable dye or semi permanant. I would be very grateful for any advice on choosing someone good and on maintaining condition in coloured hair. Thanks for your help!!
