Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 6:14am I don't really know.From what I heard conditioners only help to untangle and soften hair not mosturise them.I'm talking about normal conditioners not the deep penetrating type.So where does moisture comes from?Nutrients we feed to the hair?Tell me your thoughts.
