Help!!!! I desperately need advice to tone my double processed platinum locks!!! I'm afraid to try Redken Shades EQ in Irish Cream, because the last time - it turned my hair a horrible ash brown color. I'm very fair toned. Does anyone know of a different product at Sally's that is a good toner - how about the Clairol Colorgloss toners?

I leave it on for 20 minutes and it tones down the platinum perfectly. If that still doesn't work, mix Irish Cream with Vanilla (equal parts)..Good luck.
