You've convinced me to give the AO line a try. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on a routine for using these products in order to get my hair into the best condition possible. My hair is about 5 inches passed my shoulders, highlighted and permed but I usually blow dry it straight. My hair is thick yet very fine and has breakage all the way up to my crown in some parts.
