Thanks! ------------- take good care Replies: Posted By: brenda Date Posted: February 17 2000 at 6:06pm hi I don't take "hair vitamins" per se, but rather a multi(which contains all the usual things+ inositol and biotin)+amino acid supplements+vegital silica. I've been averaging about 3/4 to an inch every month, and my hair has gotten noticably thicker. I hope this helps. ------------- brenda
