I used a wella color touch longer lasting semi(salon one as I'm a hairdresser retired) in a no. 4 it went almost black & will not budge any ideas?, also thankyou to Kira for letting me know your site existed!!, Hi Kira! Bye Simone

I don't know about that because my hair did the exact same thing. At least its good to know> I'm not the only one.Regarding the demi color, try a soap cap... 1 scoop of bleach a tablespoon of shampoo(or so warm to hot water the warm water acts as a catlist for the bleach, the shampoo helps to give some consistincy to work with. Than watch the color fade to the shade you desire.
