I dyed my hair black and now can not lighten it. I have tried to color it three times now and it is STILL BLACK. Please someone out there can you give me an idea of what to do? That is besides cutting it all off or just wiating for it to grow out. Is there anything out there that will lighten the dye I used to make it black originally???????Please help me!
