Ok, So I went and permed my hair and my hair got all fried and icky and now I need some help. I bet you don`t hear this everyday...LOL. K well after the perm I went to get as much of it cut off as possible without looking like a dude and the lady put a couple of short layer right above my ears...(I could have choked her!) And now I have what appear to be "wings" that puff out at the sides. I am in dire need of a heavy duty conditioner of some sort to weigh my hair down a little and get rid of some of the puffy stuff. Any suggestions on what to use? By the way my hair is Blonde and about 2 inches past my ears. And very "permed" feeling..

Don`t despair. I know poofy hair sucks but unlike a really crooked nose it will eventually get better as it grows out. A couple GREAT, heavy conditioners I like:
Aura Almond Cherry Bark Revitalizing Conditioner: it`s a cheaper version of Aveda`s product, and I actually like it better. You have to really, really like the smell of cherry licorice.
Sebastian Laminates Conditioner: a little too expensive given the ordinary ingredients, but still decent.
Jheri Redding Professional Prescription Humectant conditioner: Warning: this is heavy-duty stuff with oils and moisturizers for your hair. But if you seriously need some hair therapy, you might really like it. It`s fairly cheap. I buy this and the Aura conditioner at Sally Beauty. I hope this helps!
