BUT to get that effect bleach your hair blonde as much as possible to get a light shade of yellow. ( I don`t know what hair color you have but if your hair really dark good luck) Then use toner (it`s usually in a purple or blue bottle.. Blue toner will get rid of orange tones, Purple will get rid of yellow tone and when all those tones cancel out you`ll have white hair. (You can find toners and stuff at sally beauty supply) I actually don`t recommend this at all because the bleach or blonding color can really damage your hair in the long run. I mean, the color IS actually possible. Toner is just what you want to get the tones out. try it. -------------
