YES! Oh gawd, yes... I wish it weren't true. Weather makes a difference if you try to go wavy or curly, or the reverse. Humidity dampens (no pun intended) the effects of flat-irons and curling irons.. and hair goes back to normal faster than in dry air. And frizz!!
