Hi all! Haas anyone tried the GNC hair, nails, and skin formula? I got some the other day, and would like to know about other people`s result with it. Thanks!

I`d like to know too. I`ve been using Nature`s Bounty. It worked great at first, but then I decided I want to keep my hair the lenght it was and stopped using it. Well a few months I go I decided I wanted to grow my hair again and bought another bottle. The results aren`t as great as before. I`m on my 3rd bottle now. I`m also using amino acids from Walmart. I heard silica is good for your hair too, so I bought a bottle of that. I`m taking so much crap!
Amino acids 2, 3 times a day.
Hair vitamins 1, 3 times a day
silica (from vitamin world) , B complex, C, calicum, and a multi vitamin once a day
I guess I there are results, but it could ne that my hiar is just growing too.
Let me know b/c I`m willing to try something new.
How much was it?

I really c ouldn`t swear that there is an appreciable increase in hair growth. But what I DO notice is that I have an appreciable increase of feeling energetic and calmer. So I don`t care if they are making my hair grow or not, I`m staying on the high doses of B`s, plus my other supplements which are MSM, Silica, Sawpalmetto, Glucosamine/Chondriotin and Primrose/Flax Oil.
And exercise, and gentle handling, and good products, and -------...wags
