Hi, i remember reading stuff about growing out hair long, and i go by a whole lot of the tips and stuff...but one of them is kinda hard for me. That would be the one tip do not eat too many sugary items. LoL its hard for me because i work at a bakery and i have asy access to anything and i usually use that advantage a whole lot:P
However, i am curious...what is so bad about sugars and growing out hair? i understand stuff like smoking and all but sugars?

Well - I hope there are some responses to this as I eat a ton of the stuff. I`m trying to quit, really I am.
So far I must say I don`t notice any bad effects to my hair growth or waistline. But I do make sure I get good nutrition otherwise and don`t consume over all too many calories...waggy
