Date Posted: August 10 2003 at 3:38pm I have blonde highlights over a lt brown base and I'm looking for something OTC to brighten my highlights and get rid of the golden tones (after shampooing). I was thinking of using Born Blonde semi toner Beautiful Beige (lt beige blonde). Also, my hair is porous.
