Greetings, I seek advice on a bad professional dye job. My natural color is light brown, but I have been lightening to blonde (myself) for a couple years. Last week I got frustrated with dark roots and went to a professional salon to have them color it back to my natural color. They goofed. My hair now resembles black snakes spooling out of my head. This morning I tried to lighten it a little with my old standby Loreal, and it lightened a tiny bit but is still quite too dark.
Any advice is dearly appreciated.

This also happened to me a few weeks ago from a professional highlight job that went horribly wrong. My hair is natural sandy blonde but now I have black streaks through it and it is orange at the roots...UGH!! I went back to the salon 3 times and demanded that they fix it. My advise to you is to go back to the salon, demand that they do everything they can to fix your hair and absolutely don't pay them another cent for the repair. They did fix my hair a little (now it is a sort of ash blonde color, not as scary). Hope everything works out for you!!
