Quick question....

I have naturally mousey brown hair... I dyed it blonde several months ago... light blonde on top, chocolate underneath, now im wanting the top part red... unsafe for me to do it myself? i've heard tales about it going green... and i dont want it to go toooooo bright, would i be better going brown first? I dont have much money at the moment so i cant get it done proffesionally,

Any advice GREATLY appreciated... thanks!

Since it's bleached, it would be more porous than usual, as well as lighter, so I'd think brightness would be a huge problem in that case. I dunno if making it more closely match the rest of your hair first would help or not. I guess it partly depends on how damaged it is?

its hardly damaged at all, ive dyed my hair for many years but each time i have a different colour i go to the salon, this time i dont want to and im scared of the green factor
If i pick a dye out for blonde hair.... will this turn my hair funky colours?
