Hello,
3 days ago I cut my hair from shoulder length to above my shoulders and had my hair foiled with blonde streaks.....Well, the next day realized that the stylist added to many streaks to my hair and i had too much blonde that what I wanted. My natural hair color is dark brown. Well, I decided to color my hair to use a color removal kit and then change my hair to a dark auburn color. Today I went to Sallys to get a color removal kit and the lady there told me that I should just get the dark auburn color with 30 volume and put that on over my foiled highlights and that would just make the blonde streaks a lighter color of red. Well, that made my hair turn out a VERY bright RED color, so I decided to go ahead and get the color removal kit. Today, I used Only One Colorfix by Jheri Redding and now my whole head is almost completely blonde.
What I am needing help with, is can someone suggest a color removal kit that removes ALL color and leaves me with just my natural color?? I know I might have to go to a salon, but is it possible to get my hair back to my natural color??
Thanks

Now that you've processed your hair THREE times within such a short period of time, you're really at risk for some serious damage. PLEASE go to a professional colorist who has extensive experience in color correction! The one who did your highlights, IF she has this experience, may fix you at a reduced cost. But you should go for experience at this point above everything else.
I'm sorry you're going through this. Next time you're dissatisfied with a professional color service, go right back to the colorist instead of trying to fix it yourself.
Good luck and please let us know how it goes.

There are no color removal kits that I know of that remove color and go back to your original, I wish there were myself. Color removal kits are designed as a prep for adding a new color to the hair.
I couldn't agree more with the last post - if you are dissatisfied with a pro job, go right back to that person and get them to fix it. In cases where they just didn't do what you asked for, they should fix it for free. If it is not clear that they messed up, you may have to pay something, but you should not have to pay the full price to the same person. If you don't trust that person, still go to a pro to fix it, especially on a complex dye job like highlights.
Best of luck, I know how you feel! Don't do any more home treatments, you could really fry your hair.
