The last time I used bleach though (40 volume with electric blue powder) I had a really strange reaction. My face and neck turned red. I was very itchy and felt like I was burning up. Can you develope strange reactions at any time? It's really weird because I've used the same stuff so many times without a problem. I WANT TO BE BLONDE!!!!! That's why you're always meant to do an allergy test first before putting dyes and chemicals onto your hair, every time you do it. ------------- More awesome than a manatee!
