I live in Ireland and I'm trying to get my hair blonde; however there's still a bit of red dye left that needs removing.

Or would it be better to just bleach it all? I already bought some bleach and would rather not waste it.

If there's any dye left...then it's better to use color stripper. I was told that. That way you can get better bleaching.

Would it damage it much to bleach some chunks or streaks?
