Hi - I have resistant gray, porous hair that is thin and fine. My real color is medium dark brown with lots of gray and I also have very dark brown eyes. But when I get my hair professionally colored, it turns brassy after 2 weeks and my roots start looking gray again. My hair does not grow that fast! The color is fading and slipping. Every two weeks!! I try using a professional and they never can get the same formula on twice and my hair fades and turns brassy again after 2 weeks. Part of the problem with professional salons, is that they do not want you taking up a chair for an hour while the color covers your resistant gray so they end up not leaving it on long enough. Plus when you give up a chair for an hour you lose money. Why can't I find someone who will be honest with me about my hair and try to help? Or do the professionals simply want to guarantee that you will have to come back on a regular basis?
Help - any ideas from anybody.

Hi....i just got my hair fixed and it took 6 hours!! My mom paid for it because i am getting married this coming Sat. it cost $200 to fix!! I think they are more willing to spend time with you when you pay them a whole lot of money!! I couldn't have afforded that on my own!..

Hi if I wer you I would use Miss Clairol nice & easy it works on grey hair just leave it on your hair the 25 minutes or even a few min longer if you have resistant grey.
there are tons of dyes for resistant grey hair, why dont you go to the pharmacy and check them out
