OK so I got a cute cut this weekend from my niece, and now I want to add highlights. The last time I did this I used Clairol Herbal one with the green weird comb thingie.... This time I went to Sally''s and got highlights in a blonde that is like 4 shades lighter than my dirty blonde and I got a light brown, and the developer and the mascara looking wands....

I want to try this tonight in like 2 hours. I figure try the hightlights tonight and do the lowlights either later tonight or tomorrow??? Should I just try to "paint" with the wand like I did with the funky brush? Or should I try to cut some foil strips and wrap each strand so I dont wind up streaking the rest of the hair?? Do you have any tips or pointers???

Thanks
Sarah

DO NOT TRY TO THIS YOURSELF, YOU WILL LOOK LIKE A SKUNK! All high/low-lights should be done by professionals only!
