Does anyone know a Colorfix equivillent in the UK? A color remover without bleach? Or should I go to a salon?

Is Igora Modulat (Schwarzkopf) available in the UK? It's very similar to ColorFix. I live in Canada and ColorFix isn't available to the public (you need a licence to buy it). I order it on-line from http://www.folica.com - http://www.folica.com They ship internationally.

In the US we can get it at Sally. I don't know if you've already checked the Sallys in the UK to see if they sell it (or if you need a license to get it), but in case you haven't, go to http://www.sallybeauty.com/ - http://www.sallybeauty.com/ and in the upper right hand corner click on Store Locator to find one near you.

Hmm, I live in Ireland, though. usually we have the same stuff as the UK, but I can't seem to find out.
If I go to a hairdressers, will they be likely to use colorfix or bleach? My hair can't take that much bleach.

Shop around for a stylist -- ask them what they use to remove colour. Some stylists use Effasol which can be really damaging to your hair. There's no need to use a bleach-based product. You should be able to find a stylist who uses a bleach-free colour remover like ColorFix or Igora Modulat. Best of luck.

How do I actually go about asking though? It seems a little odd...
