Hello. A few weeks ago I got my hair colored to a medium blonde I really liked it until the color faded and streaks of my hair turned out red!

I went to the salon and the only way she could get the red out is if you put a color fixer? on top.. where it takes out the hair color.. and then she bleached it.. now its a horrible orangey blonde.

I want to dye it to my natural color which is a light brown/ dirty blonde.. but it's only been a day since the salon bleached it.. is it okay to dye it again? will my hair fall out?

Hair doesn't fall out from processing but if damaged enough it can break off.
She didn't leave the bleach on long enough , I don't know why they stop at orange- this happens alot.
Bleach again to gold stage( wedding band gold) and tint with the medium blonde - IF the orange is mixed in with blonder pieces- try to pick the orange out and spot bleach on a piece of foil- that way the bleach doesn't get on the rest of the blonde.

In the future you might strand test a box color on your new growth( virgin hair). You might be able to reach a medium blonde with out bleaching.

would the color turn out like that? or will it be different because she bleached it?

Palomino is a dark blonde, if bleached to gold, it should come out close, maybe a little lighter. You can strand test some on a strand of orange and see if it will take out the orange.

Your hair looks good in the pic.
