I have very dry & damaged hair I have colored my hair alot.About 3 months ago I highlighted my hair I let it go so then it was a blondish orange color with dark roots then today I colored my hair with loreal Fiera color Carmel kiss(Light Irredecent Blonde).Well it turned out bad,it's a brownish, blonde gray color it looks nasty,it's very dull. Please help me?I just want a color that will right on me.I have a very light skin tone.My original color is a dirty blonde color.I don't want to go back to that color.

Don't do another thing to your hair. Your hair was already damaged and you used Feria, you can't use a color remover with Feria, only bleach- Don't bleach, breakage will happen.
With washings it will probably fade- but I wouldn't do any processing at all.

You could try a soap cap with bleach and shampoo for 10-15 minutes, it will lighten the color some. I used the exact same shade of feria haircolor and ended up doing the soap cap to fade it, it worked great.
