But the easiest way is just to use a neutral base color, than you don't have to do it in to steps, but ofcourse on bleached hair you'll have to use a filler. But I strongly advice ppl to not dye their hair with permanent dye, it's hell if you regret it. The best way is to try a demi or a semi first before using any permanent dye. -------------
