| I just had my hair colored all over about a week ago. i somewhat like the color, but it has a yellow cast to it that i think looks really bad. my root are lighter then the rest of my hair. how can in fix it so that my root and hair are not so bright? I think the root are what i have the most problem with because they are so light. |

ffirst things first , did u do it yourself or did a salon do it?? what color was you hair prioi to the blonde and had it been color treated?? all these factors control your outcome it could be as simple as a toner for your midshaft and ends or a redo ------------- |

i had a professional do my hair. i think she called it a high lift, not a high light. The color we were going for was a mix between golden and platinum. i hope i'm explaining this right! have any idea of what can help with the yellow. the root are just way to bright for me. ------------- |

i had my hair colored before the all over color. My hair is naturally a dark blonde to light brown. i would have my hairdresser add medium to light blonde highlights put in before. ------------- |

Hi, what I would recommend a product that really helps me when my hair turns out too yelloe or brassy, it's a shampoo called "Shimmer Lights", it's from Clairol and comes in a deep purple bottle, you can get it at any sally beauty, It's a shampoo which has a purple base that will bring some ash in your hair, and remove the yellow tones, its real good and I use it myself, you do have to use iut everytime you wash your hair, its a great product, hope that help! ------------- |
