Hello all!

I spent the last 3 years growing out my natural haircolour because of a bad bleach job. unfortunately, it's starting to look a little flat and dull. My hairstylist recommended DevaBrown Nopoo color-depositing shampoo & conditioner.... so I bought them.

But I'm afraid that if I use it on my uncolour-treated hair, it will fade out or fade my natural haircolor. I hope it just completely washes out without fading my color in time. (darkbrown).

Can this happen?
I'd die if I had to wait another 3 years to grow it out again - I can list the ingredients if you want.

The color depositing shampoo won't permanently alter your hair color and should wash out after a week or so with discontinued usuage. But do you want to change your color? If you want to add some oomphf to you hair, you can always get a glaze, deep conditioning treatment done to make it super shiney, or use shine enhancing products.

Artec and Aveda both make really good color depositing shampoos and conditioners, I particularly like the aveda for slight tone changes.

Remember, the more frequently you use the color depositing shampoos, the more color they will deposit and thus, the more the color of your hair will seem changed.

Go ahead and experiment, but consider also what you want for your hair :)

Good luck!
