Date Posted: December 24 2003 at 2:39am I was at a club and met this young woman with the most outrageous hair extensions and had to compliment her. She said that they were synthetic and that she sealed them with clear fingernail polish at the ends to keep them from fraying? Has anyone every heard anything like that before? It was fascinating. But they looked really good.
