          | My stylist charged me, specifically, for 10 bundles of Great Lengths hair, but, after being told by several other people and stylists familiar with the brand that 10 bundles is a ridiculous amount, I emailed Great Lengths and discovered that she ordered less than that. Considering that I paid for the cost of the hair upfront, and was told that I was paying for 10 bundles, I am assuming that she pocketed the rest. Is there any recourse of action that I can take? I am extremely dissapointed, as this is my first experience with the brand and the largest amount of money I have ever spent on anything... I can be reached on here, or privately at sjn_91s1@msn.com. |

          | If you don''t mind me asking, how much did you pay? Did you only get the hair or did you get them put in as well? I would definitely bring her attention to the matter with proof that she overcharged you as well as order less than what she said, be a total bit@h and if it was a salon, get the manager involved. Good luck and don''t give up! |

          | She's the owner and only employee of the salon though!! *L* THat's how thnigs are up here in Canada.... I paid for the hair up-front, around $1200 for "ten bundles." She made it blatantly clear that it was the HAIR I had to pay for a downpayment (the $1200 was not the complete price), and, like I said, GL confirmed that she did not order that much hair.... So.... now what?

          | If you don't mind me asking - where in Canada do you live and who did your service? I live in Toronto and get GL. It is my feeling that alot of people providing GL take liberties in pricing. I think they just figure people won't really know how many bundles etc... |
