My GLs extensions have a definite curl or wave to them which is is so awesome for me! Does anyone have experience with a styling product to enhance the curl? I want to make the most of the curl/wave as much as possible. And since the hair is 100% real hair, I'm thinking some sort of curl enhancing gel might work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks again

Hi sleepytime, I use a curling iron on my hair to make waves in it , if I let my hair air dry the hair is not the wave I want but it is 100% human hair so any products with give the same effect as if you were to use it on your hair , I would try some curl enhancers , just dont apply to you roots it might have something in it that effects the bonds. good luck let us know if you find something that works for you!

have you tired to use gel and then dry it with a difuser. My hair is naturally curly and the extensions have a wave to it also~ i like to use either Redkon Hardwear gel( a small) amount i also like to use volume Gel its by matrix - its a green tube. When i want to wear it straight- i like pureology Straight gel a drop of that stuff goes a long way.

I was wondering the same thing. I got GL a week ago and also want more curl. I was actually considering perming them. Has anybody done that?

hi ancienthills, I dont know what the condition of your hair is, but if its weak or dyed.. I wouldnt perm it because your hair is in it so it will also bet permed which is pretty bad for your hair. if your is natrual and strong then maybe i dont know i wouldnt risk it but its up to you maybe talk to GLS customer service reps. You can on on there website and hit contact us, call them thats what i do when i really need to, hope this helps!

also ladies, there is different hair from gls, you can ask for hair with more curl the next time ( that is if you plan on redoing them ) the first time i had them put in they used hair that was REALLY silky , it wouldnt even hold a curl now the hair is like the same texture as my hair i dont know what kind it is but it is great looks so real I CANT EVEN tell whats mine or whats extensions! talk to your stylist, tell them to show you the different types of hair i think they have , fine, med, med- course, wave, curl ect...

Curls Rock....by Bed Head, we cant sell enough of it in my salon, it is a curl defining gel, and when the hair dries, its a firm, defined curl, but soft to the touch, it comes out of the tube as a white cream. Great Product!!!!!!!!!

bed head is great. here is a trick, use a product that is a creme texture .(ex. curls rock "bed head" or texture"pureology" or wild "redken") mix with a dab of a straight product creme. rub it together and put through your damp hair.THEN, right on top of that sprits with your favorite pump spray.mine is bed heads, head game. (purple bottle). diffuse with a diffuser that has the "cup" with "fingers" on high heat yet low setting. you will have fabulous shinny soft springy curls. i can make someones staight hair get curl with this.(well, big curl, not tight) i know it sounds crazy, i guess you will have to try it.
