How is this unnecessarily large advertisment helpful or informative to anyone? It's bad enough when companies/stylists try to push their products and services here, but when they don't even share any information about what it is that they do.... This always amazes me. ------------- |

Yeah. In the quest for "enlightenment," I checked out the site, but it didn't tell me much. Just looks like plain old fusion to me. Maybe it's a bit more reasonably priced than some (like Great Lengths), but I don't see any other differences. No offense, geongeon, but you've been posting on this board for ages, and every single post is an advertisement for your company--regardless of the thread's subject or the potential client's concerns. I'm sure I don't have to remind you that you're the same guy who said Balmain extensions can last up to eight months (huh??) without maintenace, can be reused again and again, and even suggested that someone who thermally reconditioned her hair three times should use your (fusion) method. I believe you also told someone who's hair was trashed by fusion that it was all in her head, that it was psychological? For people with strong, healthy hair who fusion, this may be a decent option, but imo, your method could be disasterous for anyone with thin, fine, fragile, colored, or thermally reconditioned hair. ------------- http://www.beautyaddictmag.com - www.beautyaddictmag.com |

I think you're missing the point. There's nothing wrong with stylists posting here, but when all you're trying to do is promote your product (instead of engaging in discussion and sharing objective information), it isn't helpful. It comes across as a sales pitch, and I don't think it's a very persuasive one either--paricularly since you say nothing specific whatsoever about the attachment method or the hair. As far as you trying to hook clients up with "talented" extensions artists, how on earth do you know if these stylists are talented or not? Because they took a three-hour course with your company? You really shouldn't be recommending them based on their cerification alone. And again, I don't think your method is appropriate for all hair types. I would seriously urge you against recommending it for people with damaged or fragile hair, as it will never stand up to fusion (whether it's keratin or crazy glue, it doesn't matter). If you do recommend products irresponsibly and make false claims, you could very well end up with irate clients who are more than happy to document their experience via digital camera for all to see (just check out the recent Hairlocs threads, if you don't believe me). |
