Where do you guys find is the best place for hair. Some people I know say that there hair costs $400 and up to $1200. Do you really need to pay that much?!

I've tried the sensationel line and hollywood hair. I don't like it. It's probably asian hair that is stretched out and when you cut it, it's very very blunt.

What have you tried that's worked and what hasn't worked?

I've heard terrible things about Sensationnel; I've never used Hollywood hair. Other kinds to avoid, imo, are Italian Minx; Amm hated some wavy kind she just got from Doc Locks.

Bohyeme and Glamourhair's Remi get consistently good reviews and are fairly afforable. The absolute best, imo, is hisandher cuticle hair: http://hisandher.com/store/shop_sub.asp?main=MAIN_001&sub=SUB_015 - http://hisandher.com/store/shop_sub.asp?main=MAIN_001&sub=SUB_015 It's by far the finest quality I've used, but it's pricey; you could spend up to $800 for a full head, which is a lot, so I don't use it all the time myself.

What works for you depends on a lot of different factors, but I would never pay more than $800 for hair (and that would be top, top quality that's long--down to my ass). Otherwise, I'd try to keep it under $400.

All bets are off if you want synth, though. You can get top-quality synth (like Dome) at a fraction of human-hair prices.

Good luck!
