...and I love them!

(Now to wait for the liquid gold to arrive :( )

.. I purchased dunklebraun, mittleblond, burgund rot, veilchen (sp?), and caramel :)

well ..i don't really like the caramel...it's nothing like I thought it would be >.<

this is how the caramel was pictured:

I was really hoping for that honey-blondish look, but in
fact it really looks more like a gold-mustard colour, hehe.

Anyhow!
I'll sell it to anyone that asks, for 13 bux (which includes
priority mail shipping!!) Maybe someone else would
love this colour, and put it to some use, but it doesn't
match my colour scheme at all :( ..I'd feel bad, letting
it sit around forever and a day :|

If anyone is interested, board mail me :)

(oh, and i can only accept paypal)

Btw - I'll post some pix when my hunny installs the hair :D

hey aeone-
you sure saved me! i placed an order with plastikhaar too and thought the caramel would be more natural! i emailed sara and she recommended honigblond. i guess the secret is to stick with the "natural" tones if you want natural!

I have noticed those reddish blondes tend to be on the orange side. I've taken some of my samples out into the sun and I was only pleased with one out of the three.

I think I saw where someone (Rae?) said the color ring definitely showed a difference on the blondes but now there's two reports that that the light blondes are arriving exactly the same.

Is the Plastikhaar color ring a good representation of the real colors? I want to try Plastikhaar but I'm not very pleased with the color results that are being reported.

Cheryl - LOL! I'm glad I saved ya, It's pretty hair,
but it gives me hot dog cravings, no joke ^.^

Shiny, uber mustardy :) hehehehe :)

I think a colour ring is a definite must-have, even
the veilchen (purple) colour was waaaay off from
what was pictured, but it's a hawt colour so i'll be
keeping that one :) :)

Altho, I too, am confused as to how some colours
(the blondes) are ending up being exactly the
same as others? *ponder* (maybe sara will show
up and chime in here :D *wink*)

hilarious - i don't think i could carry off "uber mustard"!

i ended up getting 4 different colors in the blonde and brown family; i'll certainly tell everybody what i get compared to what i expected when it's here... kinda like the box of chocolates thing! who knows what i'll get... i think breaking down and getting the color wheel is probably the right thing to do but it's steep! sheesh!

FWIW, the blond colors look different to me. Admittedly, it's a very slight difference, and I am a film student (so I spend my time squinting at minute color differences in footage), but I'm certain it's there. They probably all look the same to someone who isn't explicitly looking for different shades, though.

And yeah, as far as I know the color ring is made of actual chunks of the hair in question.
