It did not loosen up after washing, it retained it's perm-like texture. I have had great batches of H&H cuticle hair and horrible batches of it too. I know order either from Super Hair factory or Ebonyline.com By the way, I have been wearing my hand tied body wave hair (Super Remi) from Super Hair factory for 1 year and 2 months (method: clip ins I wear daily) and it has been pretty darn good, up until just this last week.
