Hi Nari, The only places I know that custom blend for you in New York and you can go there yourself are:
http://www.adorablehair.com - http://www.adorablehair.com 19 W 24TH ST , NY, NY 10010 (212)989-7500
http://malaikashair.com - http://malaikashair.com 135-39 78TH AVE, Flushing, NY, 11367 (917)514-3025
There is another place called Lugos in Brooklyn, but I don't have the number for that one. I couldn't find a website or anything but you may find the info in the yellow pages. Good Luck!!

Hey Save~A~Stray,
Thanks for those links. How's Adorable Hair? I've never been there or tried their stuff, but they're near me, so I'm curious.
Thanks! :)

Well, I went there and they were so busy and the line was long so I ended up leaving. All I know is you better have an idea of what you want when you go there because they don't wait around on you. I have heard mixed reviews. Some say they got a great batch and the next said not so good. Sound familiar? I have done girls hair that had adorable and they loved it. It's really hit or miss here. I think every company goes through that with human hair. The good thing is at least you can go there and pick out your hair yourself. Check it out Jenny, see what you think.
