Has anyone had any luck / experience with coloring synthetic hair? I have a clip on that is a tad too light and I'd like to darken it. What about fabric dye? Or am I reaching? Thanks!

Probably reaching. I've only heard of one dyeable synthetic fiber--the one from American Dream. But perhaps a fabric dye would work to some extent. With a fabric dye, I think the results would be more like a "wash" though, in that the color would sort of stain, or tint, the hair, but not penetrate into the strands.
Having never tried it, this is my best guess, anyway.

Yeah, apparently there's a dye for nylon fabrics called Dylon that works on synth. I've forgotten the company, but a Google search should turn it up. Someone else sells wig dye here: http://katiebair.com/wigsupplies.html - http://katiebair.com/wigsupplies.html
Also, if it's synth, it can't be that expensive to re-buy in the right color, can it?
