i always hear that smoking makes your complexion dull but has anyone ever quit smoking and actually noticed a difference?

I have smoked on and off since I was 11, and no, there is no difference, but if you stop smoking you definately smell alot better.

Smoking has been known to effect alot of things on your body. It makes your face look older then you are, it lowers your sperm and testosteron levels, shrinks your testes and penis if your a guy. It makes your hands and nails and teeth yellow and unpleasent. Also, It's expensive, it smells bad, and it's unattractive.

ya it does, my aunt has a horrible complexion from smoking- like pockmarks- ewww!! PLUS: smokings bad so0o u should quit anyway!!! I know 5 ppl who have died from lung cancer from smoking
