For Tired Aching Feet

Fill a tub or foot bath basin with warm water. Add the following essential oils:

3 drops of lavender
3 drops of eucalyptus
4 drops of rosemary

Soak your feet only in the formula. You can either put your feet in your footbath basin or you can put your feet over the side of the tube and perch on the side of back of the tub...only soaking your feet in the mixture.

Hi Sophie,

Yes, this is a great recipe for feet. I am sure you are on your feet all day long with your work and I don't envy you there. :-)

Here is another foot bath recipe that I have used on my feet in the past.

3 drops of lavender
3 drops of rosemary
4 drops of lemon

I love lemon. It is so refreshing and makes my feet tingle. :-)

Aromatic Foot Powder

After you take that wonderful bath soak (I agree Karen that lemon is a good alternative oil to try) you can use the following foot powder.

1/2 cup of arrowroot or constarch, or clay or baking soda or an equal blend of all.
8 drops of essential oil of your choice.

a. Cypress for sweaty feet
b. Ylang-ylang to soothe & relax
c. Grapefruit for tingly feet or lemon works.
d. A mix of tea tree and sandalwood for athletes foot.
e. Patchouli to relax

Or whatever your favorite blend is.

Karen, can you include some of your fav oils besides the lavender you use to sleep?
