I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner at same time leave it in my hair and brush for abotu a minute or so. -------------  A Yo Hollaatmyfoot

i condition my hair washing it only wen u get a haircut but anyotha day i just wash wit shampoo ------------- just a fingerful of dukes wave pomade helps the waves to start spinning (RYTHM TO MARY POPPINS SONG SPOONFUL OF SUGAR) |

Why don't use use conditioner to wash sometimes and shampoo now and then. Because of our hair texture it needs more moisture and shampoo removes more than dirt it removes moisture to. I don't have a picture but I told my boy to do this. I told him to condition his hair and rinse most of it out and then take a rag and smooth his hair down. Now he brushes his hair less and he his 360'2 are banging. He uses pantene for women of color but sauve can be used just the same plus its cheaper. I'll see if I can get pics of his hair. o yeah and your hair wont be dirty with just conditioner. It has the same ingredients as shampoos except that its milder.
