Based on last week's episode of "Friends," it looks like Courtney Cox-Arquette has layered her hair. She never showed us the "all-one-length mane, side-parted, hair forward of her ears" look. Bet it woulda looked awesome. But we'll never know now.
It may very well have looked good, but I must say, I really like the new layered 'do, especially when she lets it go wavy.
Maria Shriver's hair is about 6 inches shorter than before. I prefer it longer (as it was before) because her new length/style accentuates the angularity of her face.
Haven't seen Maria since she cut it, though I'd probaby agree with you. Maria's biggest problem usually comes from the fact that she just has SO MUCH hair (it's incredibly thick; a curse/blessing of the Shriver women) that it tends to overwhelm her at times. And is it just me or has her face gotten significantly more gaunt and angular over the last year?
Catherine Zeta-Jones also cut off about 6 inches from her hair... but she's still drop-dead gorgeous.
Noticed this (though I think it's closer to about 4 inches with some layering), but didn't grab a picture. Main reason was that it looks so similar, even though it's shorter, that I honestly didn't notice the difference at first. And yes, she still looks gorgeous.
Not being a follower of Charlize Theron, I was under the impression from other posters on this board that she was a poster child for very short hair. Imagine my surprise when I first saw her on TV last week with hair that is about 8 inches below her shoulders. Even though her hair is dyed blonde and has very visible roots, it looks very good on her.
More evil extensions. She actually has a layered chin-length bob right now that looks better than the extensions...but I'm getting into fodder for my next column. =)
