Hi, some good vutamins would be, Ultra nourishhair by GNC, and H37 and Hairtopia. The sell those two on this website.
Boition is very good for hair growth, and you could take extra supplments of that.
Also, silica is good, it makes you hair strong :) I am sure there are some others I cant think of now.

Right now I`m taking, Silica from Vitamin world and Natures Bounty (hair , skin and nails) and amino acids from Wal-mart.
I`m also taking a multi, B complex, and C and some calcium. I sometimes think it works, other times I`m not quite as sure. My hair could be growing it`s normal rate???
Last time I went for a trim and highlight retouch my hairdresser said I had a ton of re-growth. I`m going back tommrow (it`s been 2 months) hopefully she says the same thing. I know my hair`s getting longer, but I want it to grow faster!
I`m a college student and I can`t really afford the vitamins on this site. I told my hairdresser what I was taking and she wasn`t really sure if they would work, so she said to buy the cheapest stuff I can.

What are some good vitamins to effectively promote hair health, that I can commonly find and aren`t *too* pricey?? And also, which ones can I find in food sources?? (i.e. Folic Acid...)???

I use GNC Ultra Nourishair. I buy it at the GNC store, they have buy one get second bottle for 50% off deals. So for two bottles I pay 24.99. Each bottle contains 60 tablets. My hair is growing in much healthier and my nails have never been better.
