I've seen some photos from the set of Minnie Driver's new movie. Her hair is just above shoulder lenghth. Didn't really suit her. May even be a wig, the photos weren't very clear.

If you are talking about the movie "Return to Me", then the picture is an optical illusion. I was also fooled by the picture. Minnie's hair is as long as ever.
