hi-

I know this is probably the wrong place to post my message, but does anyone know if flyaways are the same thing as poofiness?

I`m asking because on frizz control bottles it says it controls frizz/flyaways. What are flyaways?

thanx

Flyaways are airhostesses, usually PanAm or BOAC, who have pink skin and yellow hair and glued on false eye lashes with which they cloyly betray thoughtful downward glances, offering coffee as they go.

Minted in about 1963, they are now only to be seen in adverts from the era although Martini adverts had several on display up until about 30 years ago.

Poofiness is not frizz. Frizz was Charles Dickens`s illustrator, Hablot K Brown.
