I am not usually one to say, "This person needs a haircut or that person does." But with Majandra Delfino, I can make the exception.
I don`t think her long, brunette locks suit her. In fact, I think she needs super short hair again since the long hair drags her face down. She isn`t exactly beautiful in my opinion, but she always seemed to be very daring with her hairstyles(I luv her super short blonde hair with long bangs...i.e. "punk cut"). Her long hair makes her look so not individual.

I read somewhere that she was unhappy with her short haircut and is determined to grow her hair long. I agree with you though, she looked much better with short hair. Her face is very interesting and her hair is fine and thin.
