This may have already come up but I just wanted to say Renee Zellweger's hair looks absolutely gourgeous in it's current bobbed style.

Stunning look for her back in December from these wire image photos:

And WOW, swingy blonde bob and a little black dress earlier in May, a little longer but that's o.k.:

At least she actually cut her hair for Chicago, unlike her co-star and her faux-bob wig.

Actually, Renee wore a wig for the filming, too. It was only after filming finished that she cut her hair. Renee had been growing her hair long, so she didn't want to cut it. By the time filming had finished she had enjoyed the look so much, that only then did she decide to cut her hair. She had her hair cut into a similar style as her character wore later in the film, only a more up-to-date version. She has liked it & kept it relativily the same since.

Well thanks for that update, I had no idea hers was a wig also. Goes to show you what you get for making assumptions!

Am I the only one who thinks her bob is very flat and boring? There's no body to her hair. She looked much better with long hair.

Perhaps you're not the only one, all I know is I like it on many women. On Rene it looks splendid. I do wish she'd open her eyes more, they're very pretty.

The bob has the advantage of looking feminine, yet being short and easy to maintain and reasonably flattering on multiple faces.

For me, Louise Brooks will always be the epitome of beauty . Just my opinion.

Peace to all,
HeadBoy

Perhaps you like the version where she wears it curly/wavy. Did you notice on the first link there is one picture where she has it that way & it looks great! Although, it is real small & hard to see on that particular picture.

I happen to like it either way. But I agree with headboy that she should try to squint a little less, if that is possible!

I don't think Rene is really squinting, I think that is just the way her eyes look. She has a bit of a Slavic/eastern European look to her,_(she could have some of that blood in her heritage)-.
She's pretty and very sexy, that's for sure.
...and I like her bobbed hair!

I also think that bob is boring on Renee. I'd like to see her grow it out a few inches longer like what she had in Bridget Jones. I'd also thought she looked better at the Bridget Jones weight.
