I never thought I'd write this, but Cynthia Nixon now has the best hair of all of the babes on Sex in the City. She's let it grow out a tad and obviously sets it or curls it or does something to make it look rich and full. (Note to people who don't pay attention to every one of my posts: The lady with the shortest hair has the best hair!)

Second best is Kristen Davis. I'm glad she hasn't changed her style much over the years. If it works, it works.

Third goes to Sarah Jessica Parker. While I give her kudos for growing her hair out a bit, her dark roots were in all their glory on both David Letterman's show last night and on the Today Show this morning.

Worst hair goes to Kim Cattrell. Goodness, her hair has thinned out over the years. Saw an interview with her over the weekend on one of those Entertainment Tonight type of shows and she looked really bad. I think she should go back to brunette. I always liked her better that way anyway. Maybe her hair has thinned over the stress of being unemployed once Sex in the City's run ends at the end of this season.

Speaking of the end of the show, does anybody buy Sarah Jessica's explanation for bringing a show to a halt? She said something about having a very good last season so HBO viewers will have them back at a future date. What the hell does that mean?

I don't know Gord about the show Sex in the City, but as long as HBO brings back the Sopranos I'm happy with HBO.
Actually the women on the Sopranos are more interesting and sexier than the women on Sex In the City. Especially Tony's wife and daughter!!!

The reason they're ending SATC is b/c the producers want to go out on a high note. They don't want the show to end up like other shows who have stayed on for many years but slowly lost viewers until barely anybody watches the last season so they have to end the show. Besides... how long can the women continue the lifestyles they've been leading? They are starting to get into their 40's. I do agree that it sucks tho! I love the show.

I know many women like Sex In The City, but I never cared for it. In a way, the women in it were kind of pathetic and neroutic. It's supposed to be "New York City" humor, but I've met quite a few folks from New York and none of them really acted like that.
I guess I just didn't care for the show and I thought the women in it were ok, nothing that spectacular really.

I have to disagree with most of the earlier post about who's hair looks good, and who's does not. Kim Catrall and Kristen Davis, BORING. Need something new. Especially Ms. Davis. Her hair hasn't changed since she was on Melrose, very boring. Cynthia Nixon's hair is OK, maybe it's her character, but it doesn't always do it for me.

However, I like Sarah Jessica Parker's hair. She mixes it up, long, short, straight, curly. Usually fun and flirty. It will be interesting to see what the final season (and aftermath) bring.

The show is starting to get old, there's not much else they can do. Fact is... HOW old are these characters? They're starting to get pathetic, need to move on with their lives. You have to leave on a high note before the HBO viewers start getting bored. You want them to remember you fondly. The poor folks at ER don't understand this. Neither do the folks at Friends. I thought that show ended 2 years ago! It's still here! Why?? It's so dumb! You gotta quit before you jump the shark.

As for all their hair... if it ain't broke, don't fix it! They all look great!

I still love watching Friends. It may not be as good as before, but I'm not ready to say goodbye yet.

Tina, I feel the same way. I never cared for SATC. I've seen it, it's okay, but I don't feel any need to watch it again. And I must admit it could have something to do with all the magazines worshipping 'SJP'. Overkill!

As for hair: I love Kristin Davis' hair in particular. I don't think she should change it at all. She and her hair look gorgeous.

OK, having watched the season premiere twice now...

What is up with SJP's hair? Yuck! I've never seen anyone do that kind of stuff with bobby pins before.
