I think its been 4 years or something that Jennifer Tilly just consistantly looks very good. She hasn't changed much, doesn't do anything radical, just nice healthy looking hair that suits her face well.
She deserves some credit for style. Other than the horrid short, blond phaze of several years ago she almost always looks very good. I saw an interview with her once where her hair was jet black with some incredible blue stripes. She pulled it off to look very classy
