I messed up bad too. I didn't use a kit but last week sunday i tried to trim my hair alittle bit. Well i slipped and cut my hair mad low. I went to the barber and he had to cut my hair against the grain cause thespot where i had cut it was too low. So i had to start over too. I had a little bit of waves even though he cut it real low. I almost have my wave pattern back but now it is getting more defined at the sides. So i guess cutting your hair low and starting over helps you waves come back strong. -------------  A Yo Hollaatmyfoot
